Clout IV offers never before seen protections for users on an RGH, including blackscreen protection, animation protection, blackscreeen duplicate protection, network event interception, network interception, and will even tell you who is attemping to attack you. On an RGH, sit back and laugh as you know exactly who is attempting, but failing to ruin your GTA IV experience. Clout IV also features a suite of retail console protections.
Clout IV offers a brand new level of information and control. View someones IP Address, Machine ID, Console Type, and a ton of in-game information. All information works on all consoles, even if you are just hotswapping. You do not need an RGH to take advantage of the majority of what the menu has to offer.
With Clout IV, you can join a game using Inquisition's custom Holy Ghost or Super Ghost. Or, if you want, the original, standard Rockstar Normal Mode, a first for an Xbox menu with Ghost Mode. And for RGH users, you can spoof your gamertag or xuid before you even choose to join a game.
Clout IV has too many features to list, but here are just a few ways Clout IV will change your experience on GTA IV.
Clout IV will remember all of your settings, saving them directly to your Xbox profile. Including your preferred opening buttons, spawn location, menu customizations, player preferences, protection prefereces, and more. This works on all consoles, regardless of how you choose to use the menu. Clout IV will never forget your favorite way to play, and will make sure it is ready for you each play session.
With Clout IV, the user is always first, this is your menu. That's why it features no admin commands like popular menus before it, and allows strong customization. Change your menu colors using an RGB slider, change your menu font, menu colors, preferred opening buttons, spawn location, and more. This works on all consoles, and, just like many other options, saves to your Xbox profile permanently.
Clout IV uniquely supports dynamically named .sco files to use as "addon menus" for all consoles. For the first time, you can keep the original sco name. By putting in a specific symbol at the beginning of the sco name, the menu will be able to find it inside your image. It will also find every single sco in your image, and show you a list of scripts that are running in your game. This list will give you even further control, allowing you to terminate, or restart any of the running scripts.
Clout IV offers the largest suite of protections in any menu. Including custom advanced RGH protections from every known method, a suite of non-RGH protections, and a custom mute blacklist. When enabled as host, the custom mute blacklist will kick anyone you have muted. Also, communicate with other whitelisted Clout IV users by sending them prewritten messages. Clout IV also features strong offensive methods, but abuse is not tolerated in the community.
Clout IV features true heli rapidfire like back in the day. Also, authentic rocket weapons, rapidfire weapons, colored explosions, tazer glock, shotgun glock, and more. These features work on all consoles., from xK3y, to hotswap, to flash, to RGH.
Clout IV offers XUID & GT Spoofing. RGH users will be able to type their choice of gamertag to use in an xuid, and a gamertag spoof. Retail users will be able to spoof their XUID or GT by choosing a selection of preset names, or by copying a players gamertag in your session.
